This is Felldude's excellent set of nude skins for the main female characters in The Witcher. The green dryad was uncensored in all the enhanced/updated releases of the game.

The Witcher Sex Scenes
Felldude discovered some sex animations left out of the original game that add some more flavor when combined with the nude patch. So in addition to the blurry mess behind the sex card there's an actual extra scene.
